We offer this experience to all ages but they are not compulsory.
Participating in exams ensures the student is progressing through grades to thehighest possible standard that is based nationally not just within our school.
We aim to have exams every term if not at least once a year, as the students spend part of the year studying syllabi and part rehearsing for shows. This will not always be the case however as different students will take different lengths of time to reach the appropriate standard.
To submit students into an exam we need to have enough for a full day in order for an examiner to come to us. We also have to take our ballet, tap/modern and Lyrical/Drama exams seperately due to them being with a different exam board.

We recieved fantastic marks from all students who took their ballet exams at RAD Headquarters on this day. With 2 distinctions and 6 merits. Congratulations!

Well Done to our Grade 5 & Intermediate Modern Students who took their exams in Cox Green on this day. They all passed their exams with good marks.

Well Done to all Speech and Drama Students who took an exam on this day. We had such amazing results! Every student reached over 80% achieving a Distinction, with 4 students receiving Platinum for a mark of over 90%
All 3 Lyrical dancers received great marks with one distinction and two merits . Well Done!!

Well Done to our 3 Senior's who travelled up to Leicester to take their Major Exams. An 100 % pass rate with the school reaching a level of 93%
