General Information about Show Day
Show day is always a tiring yet exciting experience for everyone involved. Please ensure you all bring along things to entertain yourselves throughout the day but please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage of any electronic equipment.
Please leave any valuables at home!
Lots of food and drink is necessary to keep everyone going but please ensure that there are no messy foods that could end up all over the costumes etc!
Singers - please no chocolate or dairy products during the day as we want to WOW the audience with your beautiful voices!
We need lots of chaperones throughout the day so if you are available to help for either show please let us know!
The Premises we are using need to be looked after-they are expensive and we will not be able to use them again if we do not treat them well! This means they should be left as you found them-clean and tidy! No lipstick marks on walls or food and drink spilt everywhere! I have seen many things in the past!! Please take care!
Students will be chaperoned throughout the day by teachers, parents and general helpers! They are giving up their time free of charge and are responsible for every one of you!! Please respect them!
